Well, I’ve really been diggin this whole WordPress thing. It’s not just a blog system, for those who thought otherwise. I always just saw it as another xanga, livejournal or myspace thing … blogger also comes to mind. But as I did into it (and through conversations with Nadious) I realize that you can do a heck of a lot more!

The new company I may be working for uses WordPress for their CMS. To me, that’s odd … but apparently it’s something you can really do. It’s not completely different from other systems I’ve used, only it’s more geared toward journals. That doesn’t mean it’s a dedicated blogger …

So, I will be delving headfirst into a lot of WP stuff. Learning CSS is the hardest part of this journey for me, since I’m really not very good at it. It confuses me. Why the heck can’t I just use tables dang it!?

I’ve begun a new project which is slowly growing and I’m extremely excited. It’s called Median … and it’s a book about the end of the world.

More specifically, it’s a graphic novel about the end of the world. Director/Writer Brett Coleman is going to be working on it with me and we can’t wait to really unleash our collective creative genius on the unsuspecting masses.

Here is a sneak-peak at the tentative cover. It’s not the final version by far but it gives a nice feel… dark, sinister and not a very pleasant storyline.
