I was greeted today by this stark and very depressing revelation:

Surprising, sad and .. more surprising.
In case you didn’t know, Heath Ledger’s last movie, yet to be released, was ‘The Dark Knight’ in which he plays the role of ‘The Joker’. It’s a very dark, sinister and .. well, it’s not the original. Sadly this will be the last time we’ll ever see Mr. Ledger in any new movie.
I don’t think it was suicide, and the police arn’t calling it that. He was having trouble sleeping, so I wonder if he had a physical problem that had gone unchecked, which killed him.
I tip my glass to him and the movies he’s played in. I pray for those he left behind, particularly his young daughter.
