I have mixed feelings about this movie. On one hand, Iron Man is a pretty cool Batman-esque character. What I mean is he had no real powers, just a lot of money and gadgets galore. Of course I don’t believe that Tony Stark (aka Iron Man) was an orphan … but I haven’t read his back-story yet.
However, one thing I KNOW about Tony Stark from the comics is he’s one heck of a ladies man. And I have to be honest, Robert Downey Jr. just doesn’t strike me as a ladies man. I see him more of … hmm, creepy drug addict. That’s what I see him as. I honestly have yet seen a movie with him in it that was good.
Of course I’ll go see the movie. I just don’t expect much yet …
Iron Man was practically flawless as a super hero flick; it drops pretty obvious hints that would indicate a sequel as well… i’m thinking the next one should be equally great

I have yet to see it actually. A friend of mine asked to go Friday but alas I didn’t get the voice mail until way too late. Now everyone is raving about it … which infuriates me!

I saw it, it was pretty darn solid! the main thing for me is there was so much build up to the end I found the ending to be quite frankly a bit lame. I’m pretty hot for the sequel tho. BTW hoarding cheese is disgusting.
